Malcolm Savage, our Business Development Manager has worked for JPD since 1991. Having extensive experience providing bespoke training and consultancy packages for a wide range of clients, Malcolm has ensured that hundreds, if not thousands of organisations have received the essential training required to meet their current or future business needs. Taking care to match the customers needs to the right presenter or consultant, means our clients experience high satisfaction levels. Kate Williams originally joined JPD in 1997 then took a break when her son was born, re-joining the team in 2005. Kate is now Sales Manager at JPD and has vast experience in customer service, ensuring our clients expectations are not only met but often exceeded. By building strong relationships with clients, Kate can identify the right training for your requirements. Joining JPD in 2006 as a Customer Relationship Manager and our front of house, Katharin Adderley has significant experience in customer service, and is a valuable addition to our team. For delegates attending courses at Station House, Katharin is the first point of contact and she will provide a warm welcome to everyone visiting JPD. Also helping clients to identify the most relevant courses, Katharin can assist you with all your training needs. Sarah Flaherty joined JPD as Customer Relations Manager in May 2007. Adam Kara is our new valued addition to the team, joining JPD in August 2007 as Customer Relations Manager. Adam has extensive experience in Customer Service and sales.
