Q: What are the main differences between your one-day Internal Quality Auditing course and your two-day IRCA Certified Internal QMS Auditor course?

A: Both courses cover an Introduction to Auditing, Introduction to ISO 9001, How to Conduct an Audit and Audit Planning & Execution exercises. The main difference is the one-day Internal Quality Auditing course gives delegates a certificate of attendance (which is sufficient to satisfy the requirements of ISO 9000) whilst the two-day Internal QMS Auditor course is more detailed, including several practical auditing exercises (on the second day), and delegates also receive a certificate of competence from IRCA. If auditors wish to become IRCA Registered then the two-day Internal QMS Auditor satisfies part of the IRCA requirement for this.

Q: I’m new to quality and am now responsible for our organisations Quality Management System - which course would you recommend?
