The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 were made on the 19th February 2008 and will come into force on 14th March 2008. These regulations amend the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 which imposed on producers the obligation to recover and recycle packaging waste, and related obligations.
