New Packaging Waste Regulations Issued

The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007 No. 871) entered into force on 16th March and replace the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2005.
