Maximising the benefits from ISO 9001 - New Course

This new one-day course is now available on an In-House basis only.

ISO 9001 is a “systems” tool that can enable the commitment and creativity of your employees, suppliers and customers.

But to realise the full potential of the standard the organisation itself requires to move from traditional concepts of job descriptions, compliance, targets and incentives and becoming more conversant with modern concepts such as systems thinking.

The purpose of this course is to allow the delegates to “feel the difference” between traditional and modern concepts. And from this “feel” have the delegates design their own system to maximise the benefits that the ISO 9001 standard can provide.

What will you Learn?
• That there is a significant difference between traditional and modern concepts of Management
• How to design in a dynamic improvement culture that enables the commitment and creativity of your staff, suppliers and customers
• How to enhance your system by radically simplifying it.
• How to remove unnecessary bureaucracy.

The Course
The course avoids the classic “teaching” mode and involves the delegates in three simulations:
1. Traditional management with its targets, incentives, job descriptions and targets
2. A self organising environment where delegates are empowered to organise themselves
3. Extending empowerment through understanding systems thinking, variation (SPC) etc

Who should attend?
Quality Managers who are committed to moving their organisation forward.

Executive Managers who wish to fully engage and enable their staff

Executive Managers who have a commitment to the future.
