During September 2006 a series of free workshops were given by IEMA and NQA on the BS 8555 Acorn Scheme. The general awareness workshops covered the background of the Acorn Scheme, the BS 8555 standard and environmental performance evaluation with an aim to assist delegates in understanding the process of inspections for the Acorn Scheme. The workshops were extremely successful and informative for all attendees.
