If you are lucky enough to be attending a course at The Station House, Plumley (our Manchester venue), not only do you get excellent training but you get to do it surrounded by the beautiful Cheshire Countryside. And that’s not all, if you are here at Plumley for the full day we will provide you with unlimited refreshments and a fantastic 3 course lunch.

An example of a typical menu could be Beef Bourguignon or Stuffed Red Peppers (for our vegetarians), Baked Potatoes and Green Beans followed by White Chocolate Roulade for desert then Cheese and Biscuits & Coffee to finish. Other menus can include Normandy Pork, Chicken in Blue Cheese Sauce, Fresh Salmon, Shepherds Pie, Lasagne, Hotpot and many other dishes.
