In partnership JPD Training and IQA are offering a series of 5-day Auditor/Lead Auditor courses on ISO 22000:2005

The course is for all professionals, including auditors, who are seeking better understanding of food safety management systems requirements and best practice with respect to effective auditing.

This 5-day course covers the following:

- purpose, content and requirements of ISO 22000 food safety management system standard

- risk assessment and management

- identify, maintain and exceed compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements

- emergency preparedness and response

- continual improvement of food safety management system performance

- effective food safety management systems auditing with respect to planning, conducting, reporting and follow-up in accordance with ISO 19011:2002
